A RESOLUTION DIRECTING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
L0WRIE-BOTHIN-SWANSON PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WMEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk a report
dated November 15, 1962, by Wilsey, Ham & Blair, Engineer of Work
in the Lowrie-Bothin-Swanson Project, addressed to Wilson,
Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, attorneys in said Project, setting forth
the moneys that may be paid at this time from the Construction
Fund in said Project to the Construction Fund in the Person and
Swanson Industrial Tract Project, and to Person and Swanson
individually;
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk a letter
from Robert E. Cartwright, attorney for Person and SwansOn, dated
November 29, 1962, to the attorneys above named, consenting to
the making of said transfers;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. That the sum of $21,602o9~ be transferred from the
Construction Fund of the Lowrie-Bothin-Swanson Project to the
Construction Fund of the Person and Swanson Industrial Tract
Project.
2. That the sum of $11,152.16 be paid to Oscar Person and
Marshall Swanson, upon receipt of a deed to the City, or the
obtaining of an interlocutory decree in eminent domain in favor
of the City, for the Northerly and Southerly extensions of
Lowrie Avenue easterly across the land of Person and Swanson.
3. That Resolution No. 359? be, and it is hereby, repealed.
