said Council by Resolution No.R680 gave no~ice of the proposed
annexation of "~ts Parcel - Country Club Park", providing
therein as required by law for publication, ~iling of notices,
and ti~ and place of hearing protests, and

and place fixed in said Resolution and no written protests
were received and all persons desiring to be heard were fully
heard.
NOW, T~FO~, IT IS O~E~D t~t the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco does declare t~t no ~jority
of protests against the anne~tlon entitled "~is Parcel -
Country Club Park" ~s been ~de by the owners of property
within the territory proposed to be annexed, which
is ~re fully described in Exhibit "A" at~ached hereto and by
this reference made a part hereof.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
on the 1st
