A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
MODIFICATIONS TO PUMP STATION NO. 4
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, Cslifornia, that
WHEREAS, the City Council has ascertained the general
prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which
public work is proposed to be performed for work of a similar
character to that described in Resolution No. 37~4 , A Resolu-
tion of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
Approving Plans and Specifications, Authorizing the Work and
Calling for Bids on Modifications to Pump Station No. 4, adopted
July l, 1963;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con-
tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which
are on file in the office of the Director of Public Works and
also in the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and
finds the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifica-
tions is hereby established and adopted as the prevailing rate
of per diem wages for work of a similar character to that above
described in the locality in which such public work is proposed
to be performed.
2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under
said Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced aud adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held this 1st day of Jul~ , 196B, by the
