A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A MARINE DEALER FACILITIES LEASE WITH STANDARD
OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, WESTERN OPERATIONS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the Marine Dealer Facilities
Lease between the City of South San Francisco and Standard Oil
Company of California, Western Operations, Inc., dated
~b day of Sep~m~r 1963, is
hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a r~mlar
meeting held on the 16~b day of Sel~m~er
