A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
IRRIGATION AND PLANTING OYSTER POINT MARINA
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the second day of October 1963 for the work
to be done and the improvement to be made as described and
specified in Resolution No. 3781 entitled, "A RESOLUTION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AUTHORIZING THE WORK
AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON THE IMPROVEMENT IRRIGATION AND
PLANTING OYSTER POINT MARINA".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby orders that upon consent and approval of the bid by
Di~sion of~ll Craft Harbor~
being filed with the City Clerk the contract for doing the
work and improvements and furnishing the materials, supplies
and equipment necessary therefore stands awarded to the
lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
Sacramento L~nd~c&per~, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and to authorize, receive and approve all bonds in
connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is
hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the ?th day of October
19 63, by the following vote:
