A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE FILING OF AN
AMENDED ASSESSMENT
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL
SEWERS AND PUMPING STATIONS
WHEREAS, a certain parcel of land to wit: as described
in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and hereby incorporated here-
in and made a part hereof, upon which there are unpaid
assessments against which bonds have been issued and which
has been subdivided and which the City Council, on applicaton
of the owner, desires to segregate and apportion unpaid in-
stallments of the original assessments in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original parcels.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, shall file with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment of the lots or
parcels of land described to w~t: as described in Exhibit "AI',
attached hereto and hereby incorporated herein and made a part
hereof, including map or plot plan showing how such lots or
parcels has been divided, make said amended assessments so that
the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of
said lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessment
upon the original lots or parcels.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon filing of the said re-
port and amended assessments, the City Clerk shall fix a time
and place for hearing upon the amended assessments and shall
give notice of the hearing by publication, said time and no-
tice shall conform to the requirements of Section ~732 of the
Streets and Highway Code of the State of California.
