The following documents were used to create this draft program: 1. Ordinance No. 1300-2001which added Chapter 20.120/ Transportation Demand Management, to the South San Francisco Municipal Code 2. The City /Cormty Association of Governments of San Mateo Cormty Guidelines for the Implementation of the Land Use Component of the 1999 Congestion Management Program. Cell Genesys plans to occupy the Forbes A venue facility in 2003. Because the City requires this TDM program two years prior to that occupancy, some of the items listed constitute our best faith judgment as to how our transportation program will be organized. For example, we do not yet know whether or not Cell Genesys will operate a dedicated company shuttle or participate in a shared shuttle program with other Forbes Avenue employers.
