HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 56-2002RESOLUTION NO. 56-2002 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FOR THE OYSTER POINT GRADE SEPARATION PHASE II & III PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC UTILITY RELOCATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the construction of Phase III/Hook Ramps necessitates that PG&E's 230KV transmission facilities within the City's limits be relocated. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco the City Council hereby authorizes an agreement between Pacific Gas & Electric and the City of South San Francisco for the Oyster Point Grade Separation Phase II & III Pacific Gas & Electric Utility Relocation Project. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 26th day of June 2002 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Raymond L. Green and Karyl Matsumoto, Mayor Pro Tem Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: City Clerk
