HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 122-2001' ' RESOLUTION NO. 122-2001 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND TILLO PRODUCTS COMPANY, INC. FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF COSTS INCURRED IN CEASING TILLO OPERATIONS AND RELEASE OF FUTURE OBLIGATIONS WHEREAS, funding for the final payment will be paid from budgeted unused Tillo funds. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Tillo Products Company, Inc. for the settlement of costs incurred in ceasing Tillo operations and release of future obligations. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of December, 2001 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Raymond L. Green and Karyl Matsumoto Mayor Pro Tem Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: Clerk
