HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 126-2001 RESOLUTION NO. 126-2001 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALWORNIA A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE A PUBLIC STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, staff desires to vacate a 637 foot long by 7 foot wide strip of public street right- of-way, that is owned by the City of South San Francisco. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes a resolution of intention that will set the date of the public hearing to consider this matter and to hear any protests as February 13, 2002. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of December, 2001 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Femekes, Raymond L. Green and Karyl Matsumoto Mayor Pro Tem Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST:
