HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 129-2001 RESOLUTION NO. 129-2001 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE CITY'S APPLICATION FOR CCAG'S TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM WHEREAS, CCAG has recently called for applications for its "Transit Oriented Development Incentive Program" which provides cities a financial incentive for approving/building high-density housing (40+ units per acre) within 1/3 mile of a transit station; and WHEREAS, the City has identified projects that may be eligible for program incentives. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby supports the City's application for CCAG's Transit Oriented Development Incentive Program. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of December, 2001 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Raymond L. Green and Karyl Matsumoto Mayor Pro Tern Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: y Clerk
