HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2-2002RESOLUTION NO. 2-2002 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT DISPATCH CENTER LIGHTING UPGRADE PROJECT TO ASF ELECTRIC, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,565.00 WHEREAS, staff recommends that the contract be awarded to ASF Electric, Inc. in the amount of $9,565.00; and WHEREAS, funding for this project is included in the City of South San Francisco's 2001- 2002 Capital Improvement Program (CIP/51-13232-4210-4210-0113) in the amount of $609,000.00, which is a combination of several Police/Information Technology Department projects. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby awards the construction contract for the Police Department Dispatch Center Lighting Upgrade project to ASF Electric, Inc. in the amount of $9,565.00. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of January 2002 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Raymond L. Green and Karyl Matsumoto, Mayor Pro Tern Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: (~ity Clerk
