HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 84-2001 RESOLUTION NO. 84-2001 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND GORDON GUSTAFSON TO PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE OYSTER POINT GRADE SEPARATION PROJECT PHASE II AND PHASE m NOT TO EXCEED THE COST OF $150,000 WHEREAS, staff recommends the City enter into a consultant agreement with Gordon Gustafson to provide project management services for the Oyster Point Grade Separation Project Phase II and Phase II1; and, WHEREAS, funding is available in the Capital Improvement Program Budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves a consultant agreement between the City of South San Francisco and Gordon Gustafson to provide project management services for the Oyster Point Grade Separation Project Phase II and Phase Ill not to exceed the cost of $150,000. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of August 2001 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Karyl Matsumoto and John R. Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Eugene R. Mullin and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: City Clerk
