HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 85-2001-" RESOLUTION NO. 85-2001 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT FOR THE WATERLINE WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE OYSTER POINT PHASE 1II CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, staff recommends the City enter into a Right of Entry Agreement with the San Francisco Water Department for the waterline work associated with the Oyster Point Phase m Construction Project; and, WHEREAS, the 2000-2001 Capital Improvement Program identifies the funding sources for the Oyster Point Grade Separation Project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves a Right of Entry Agreement with the San Francisco Water Department for the waterline work associated with the Oyster Point Phase 1II Construction Project. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of August 2001 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Karyl Matsumoto and John R. Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Eugene R. Mullin and Mayor Joseph A. Femekes NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: City Clerk/
