CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH J.L.
MINTIER & ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE THE SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO GENERAL PLAN HOUSING ELEMENT
WHEREAS, following a request for proposal process, J.L. Mintier & Associates
submitted a proposal to prepare the South San Francisco General Plan Housing Element;
and,
WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the proposal and found that it contains the
requirements necessary to prepare the General Plan Housing Element; and,
WHEREAS, funds for the contract have been allocated from the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the contract with J.L. Mintier
& Associates and authorizes the City Manager to execute the contract in an amount not to
exceed $60,000.00 for preparation of the South San Francisco General Plan Housing
Element.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held on the 26th day of
September, 2001, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Karyl Matsumoto and John R. Penna,
Mayor Pro Tem Eugene R. Mullin and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
ABSENT: None.
