CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF THE 2000-
2001 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND
EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) TO THE DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires
communities receiving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to submit a
year-end Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER); and,
WHEREAS, in fiscal year 2000-2001, a total of $738,000 in CDBG funding was
available for a broad range of community development activities; and,
WHEREAS, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER) has been available for public review in the office of Economic and Community
Development, City Hall, 400 Grand Avenue since September 17, 2001.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manger to execute
all required documents for submittal to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, held on the 26th day of
September, 2001, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Karyl Matsumoto and John R. Penna,
Mayor Pro Tern Eugene R. Mullin and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
