•Commissioner Carbone referred to the City Council presentation from December
and indicated the goal to increase public engagement. He asked that this item to be added as a future agenda item to discuss how we can increase public engagement.
•Commissioner Chan reported that the exterior lighting at the Miller Parking Garage remains non-functional. Alex Henry, Public Works Program Manager, will
investigate and address the issue.•Commissioner Chan also noted that the streetlights immediately after the underpass on Airport Boulevard are out. Dave Bockhaus, Public Works Deputy Director will assign the electrical crew to inspect and resolve the issue.
•Chair Monzon noted the opening of a new business, WildFlour, located next to the Caltrain station. He inquired whether the business has dedicated parking
spaces in the garage for its customers. Dave Bockhaus, Public Works Deputy Director, confirmed that the business should have designated customer parking located at the back of the parking lot.
•The Commissioners inquired about several construction projects currently underway within the city. Dave Bockhaus, Public Works Deputy Director informed the Commissioners that a Development and Construction Map showing ongoing
projects is available on the city website.

•TAC 2406-1 (1/3) (Chestnut Avenue and Antoinette Lane): Commissioner
Carbone raised a safety concern regarding limited visibility of oncoming traffic fromthe left when exiting the Library Park and Recreation parking lot. Dave Bockhaus,Public Works Deputy Director, shared recommendations from the Traffic AdvisoryCommittee (TAC). Alex Henry, Public Works Program Manager, suggested using
the dirt lot to exit onto the cul-de-sac as an alternative. It was noted that the dirt lotis currently used for overflow parking, although it is owned by the City and Countyof San Francisco Water Department.
•TAC 2406-1 (2/3) and (3/3) (Chestnut Avenue and Antoinette Lane):Commissioner Carbone inquired about the rationale behind relocating a cluster of
signs. Alex Henry, Public Works Program Manager, explained that the bike lane inquestion is uniquely located on the sidewalk due to the transition from theCentennial Way Trail just north of the intersection. For safety reasons, the sign willbe removed from the path of travel.
Chair Monzon adjourned the meeting at 6:29 p.m.
