HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 26-2001 RESOLUTION NO. 26-2001 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2000-2001 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (No. 01-28) TO INCLUDE THE SPRUCE AVENUE/NORTH CANAL INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND ESTABLISH A PROJECT BUDGET OF $46,615.50 WHEREAS, the engineering costs will be paid from the $46,615.50 provided to the City by Summerhill Construction Company as their fair share portion of costs to improve the signal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby amends the 2000-2001 Capital Improvement Program (No. 01-28) to include the Spruce Avenue/North Canal Intersection Improvement Project and establish a project budget of $46,615.50, funded by the Summerhill Construction Company contributions. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 28th day of March , 2001 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez and Karyl Matsumoto, Mayor Pro Tem Eugene R.
