HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 79-2000 RESOLUTION NO. 79-2000 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2000-2001 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council held a work session to analyze the proposed 2000-2001 Capital Improvement Program budget; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed 2000-2001 Capital Improvement Program budget is consistent with South San Francisco General Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the 2000-2001 Capital Improvement Program Budget as amended to include the following changes: 1. Amend "Public Facilities, Item No. 21 Portable Classroom Exits" as follows: "This project provides an additional exit for portable classrooms which are utilized for City uses at various locations throughout the City." 2. Amend "Public Facilities, Item No. 26 Oyster Point Landfill Monitoring" as follows: The new appropriation shall reduce Solid Waste to $112,000 and add $128,000 to Capital Improvement Funds. 3. Amend "Sanitary Sewers, Item No. 7 Harbor Way Sewer Main", New Appropriations as follows: Sewer Enterprise fund shall reflect a credit of $175,000 and new funding of $175,000 from the Gateway Assessment District. Applicable Charts and Tables will be revised accordingly. Various typographical errors will be corrected as required. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 28th day of June , 2000 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Eugene R.
