HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 91-2000RESOLUTION NO. 91-2000 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2000-2001 OPERATING BUDGET (NO. 01-5) BY INCREASING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT'S BUDGET BY $39,565.38 TO BE OFFSET BY GRANT REVENUE WHEREAS, staff recommends an amendment to the Fire Department budget in the amount of $39,565.38 for the purchase of equipment necessary for fire emergencies within the Bay Area Rapid Transit District; and WHEREAS, funding would come from undesignated General Fund Reserves and be reimbursed by grant revenue from BART upon delivery of receipts. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby amends the 2000-2001 Operating Budget (No. 01-5) by increasing the Fire Department's budget by $39,565.38 to be offset by grant revenue. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 26th day of July ,2000 by the following vote: AYES: NOES' ABSTAIN: ABSENT: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Eugene R.
