HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 138-2000RESOLUTION NO. 138-2000 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2000-2001 OPERATING BUDGET ( No. 01-14) TO INCORPORATE MID YEAR FUNDING ALLOCATIONS MADE BY CITY COUNCIL FOR THE COUNTY'S EMERGENCY HOMELESS SHELTER ($30,000), THE REHABILITATION OF 339-341 COMMERCIAL AVENUE ($360,000), AND THE DISABLED ACCESS MODIFICATIONS ($50,000) TO CYPRESS PARK WHEREAS, these projects have been recently discussed with City Council and the funding now needs to be formally appropriated to the CDBG budget; and WHEREAS, funding for a total of $440,000 is available from un programmed CDBG allocations and/or funds derived from rehabilitation loan repayments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby amends the 2000-2001 Operating budget (No. 01-14) to incorporate mid year funding allocations made by City Council for the County's Emergency Homeless Shelter ($30,000), the rehabilitation of 339-341 Commercial Avenue ($360,000), and the disabled access modifications ($50,000) to Cypress Park. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 8th day of Regular , 2000 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez and Eugene R.
