CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
1999/2000 OPERATING BUDGET (No. 00-14)
WHEREAS, in signing the 1999/2000 State budget, Governor Gray Davis authorized an
increase in the Public Library Fund; and
WHEREAS, this year's Public Library Fund allocation is $102,602, an increase of
$42,602; and
WHEREAS, the fiscal impact of this request is an increase in the General Fund revenues
by $42,602 and its corresponding amount in General Fund expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes an amendment to the 1999/2000 Operating
Budget (No. 00-14) by increasing the Library Budget in the amount $42,602 for both revenue and
expenditures.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 8th day of
March
