CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OYSTER POINT
WIDENING PROJECT, OYSTER POINT GRADE SEPARATION
PHASE II (FLYOVER) PROJECT, OYSTER POINT GRADE
SEPARATION PHASE III (HOOK RAMPS) PROJECT AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO THE FUNDING
AGREEMENT DESCRIBED IN THE SAN MATEO COUNTY
TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY RESOLUTION NO. 1999-31
1999-2000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP 00-4)
WHEREAS, funding will be provided by the Oyster Point fees, Gateway Bond issue, San
Mateo County Transportation Authority, and Utility Companies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the Oyster Point Widening Project, Oyster
Point Grade Separation Phase 1~ (Flyover) project, Oyster Point Grade Separation Phase III)
Hook Ramps) project and authorizes the City to enter into the Funding Agreement described in
the San Mateo County Transportation Authority Resolution No. 1999-31.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the City Manager to
execute the Funding Agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 26th day of
May ,2000 by the following vote:

Councilmembers James L. Datzman, Eugene R. Mullin, and John R. Penna,
Mayor Pro Tern Joseph A. Fernekes and Mayor Karyl Matsumoto
