HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 44-2000RESOLUTION NO. 44-2000 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE EL CAMINO CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA, AND CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING ON THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE EL CAMINO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA WHEREAS, on October 24, 1998, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 137-98, which designated a Survey Area for the purpose of amending the E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment Project Area; and WHEREAS, the City Council, the Redevelopment Agency and the Planning Commission have since this time been taking actions in order to redefine and amend the El Camino Redevelopment Project Area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it hereby receives the report to the City Council on the capitalized Second Amendment with the Redevelopment Agency to the El Camino Corridor Redevelopment Project Plan and consents to a Joint Public Hearing with the Redevelopment Agency on the Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Project Plan. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 10th __ day of May ,2000 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSTAIN: ABSENT: Councilman Eugene R.
