CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF $8,000
IN DONATIONS AND GRANT FUNDING FOR THE DUI AND
TACTICAL COMMAND CENTER TRAILER PROJECT AND
AMENDING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT' S 2009/2010
OPERATING BUDGET.
WHEREAS, staff recommends the acceptance of donations and grant funding in the amount
of $7,500 from State Farm Auto Insurance and $500 from AAA Auto Insurance for the DUI and
Tactical Command Center Trailer project; and
WHEREAS, the donations and grant funding will be used to augment the operating budget of
the Police Department for FY 2009/2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South. San
Francisco that the City Council hereby accepts $8,000 in donations and grant funding from State
Farm Auto Insurance and AAA Auto Insurance and amends the 2009/2010 Police Department
Operating Budget to reflect this increase of funds.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a special meeting held on the 18t" day of
November, 2009 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Pedro Gonzalez, Richard A. Garbarino, and Kevin Mullin,
Vice Mayor Mark Addiego and Ma o~K~ryl Matsumoto
