CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A
BICYCLE ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND APPOINTMENT OF
COMMITTEE MEMBERS
WHEREAS, as a requirement for submitting projects under the Transportation Development Act,
the City is required to have a Bicycle Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Bicycle Advisory Commission is required to be composed of three to five
members who live or work in the City of South San Francisco and who are appointed by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco hereby authorizes the establishment of a Bicycle Advisory Committee for the City of South San
Francisco the purpose of which is to facilitate submission of the Transportation Development Act Article
III Projects Request.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes the appointment of Steve
Carlson, Senior Planner, Dennis Chuck, Senior Civil Engineer and Barry Mammimi, Building Inspector as
committee members on the Bicycle Advisory Committee.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a --~-po¢ 5.02_ meeting held on the LO_th ,'lay of
November1998 by the following vote:
