CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO
THE 1998-99 OPERATING BUDGET(99-16) TO ADD $325,000
TO THE CITY ATTORNEY BUDGET FOR LITIGATION
SERVICES
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco does hereby
authorize a budget amendment to the 1998-99 Operating Budget (99-16) to add $325,000 to the
City Attorney's budget for litigation services related to the Molieri matter and the acquisition of
472 Grand Avenue. Specifically, the City Council authorizes that $300,000 be added to the
Molieri litigation budget with funding from the undesignated General Fund Reserve and that
$25,000 be added to the litigation budget for the acquisition of 472 Grand Avenue with funding
coming from the Downtown Central Redevelopment Fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the
24th day of March , 1999 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Eugene R. Mullin, John
R. Penna, Mayor Pro Tem Karyl Matsumoto, and Mayor James L. Datzman.
