CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF DESIGNATED POSITIONS SUBJECT
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE
TO ADD THE POSITION OF PERMIT TECHNICIAN AND CHANGE THE TITLE OF
STORM WATER MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR/SOURCE CONTROL
SUPERVISOR TO ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco recently adopted
Ordinance No. 1247-99 which, among other things, added the position of "Permit Technician"
and changed the title of Storm Water Management, Coordinator/Source Control Supervisor to
Environmental Compliance Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, the aforementioned City positions are subject to the City Conflict of Interest
Code.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The list of designated positions, attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to the City's
Conflict of Interest Code is hereby amended to add the position of Permit
Technician and change the title of Storm Water Management Coordinator/Source
Control Supervisor to Environmental Compliance Coordinator.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a Regular meeting held on the 8th
_ day of September, 1999 by the following vote:
