CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1999-2000 OPERATING
BUDGET (OB 00-03 ) ADDING $545,000 TO THE CITY ATTORNEY'S
BUDGET FOR LITIGATION EXPENSES AND APPROVING A TRANSFER OF
PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED FUNDS FROM ONE COMPLETED LITIGATION
MATTER TO AN ONGOING MATTER
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Council hereby approves the following amendments to the
1999-2000 Operating Budget for the City Attorney's department:

Appropriate $105,000 for litigation expenses related to San Bruno Mountain
Watch v. City of South San Francisco with City funding to be reimbursed by the
project applicant for the Terrabay development.
Appropriate $45,000 for litigation expenses related to the defense of Rizetto v.
SSF Redevelopment Agency with Agency funding to be reimbursed by the project
applicant for the Brittania Point development.
Appropriate $50,000 for litigation expenses related to SSF v. Kaul, et al. with
Agency funding to be reimbursed by the project applicant for Brittania Pointe
development.
Appropriate $50,000 for litigation expenses related to SSF v. Wilson et al. with
Agency funding to be reimbursed by the project applicant for Brittania Pointe
development.
Appropriate $45,000 for completion of the Oyster Point Boulevard widening
project property acquistions with funding from the Shearwater Redevelopment
Project tax increment funds.
Appropriate $250,000 for litigation expenses associated with Molieri v. SSF with
funding from the undesignated general fund reserve.
Transfer $120,000 from Account No. 10-04-04110-0418 to 10-04-04110-0413 for
litigation expenses associated with Molieri v. SSF.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 22 day of
September ,1999 by the following vote:
