CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH WILSEY-
HAM IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $104,460 RELATED TO
STREET AND CURB IMPROVEMENTS ON COMMERCIAL
AVENUE
WHEREAS, the City desires to make street and curb improvements along a portion of
Commercial Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City received bids from three contractors for said design services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The City hereby authorizes the award of the bid to Wilsey-Ham for the design of the
reconstruction of a portion of Commercial Avenue in an amount not to exceed $104,460.
2. The City Council further authorizes the City Manager to prepare and execute an
agreement with Wilsey-Ham for said design work.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu 1 ar' meeting held on thel 4th day of _
