CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING DESTRUCTION OF PUBLIC
RECORDS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE §34090
WHEREAS, Government Code §34090 authorizes destruction of certain public records; and
WHEREAS, the public records identified in Attachment 1 hereto qualify for destruction pursuant
to Government Code §34090;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
as follows:
1. The Police Chief may destroy the records identified in Attachment 1 hereto which is
incorporated herein by reference.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regul ar meeting held on the 25th day of_
February, 1998 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers James L. Datzman,
Karyl Matsumoto and Mayor Eugene
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember dohn R. Penna
