CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF $25,200
FROM ACCOUNT NUMBER 10-07110-4380 TO FUND THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO HOSPITALITY SALES/MARKETING PROGRAM.
Whereas, the program will be for one additional year from March 1, 1998 - February 28, 1999;
and will be administered by the South San Francisco Conference Center Authority; and
Whereas, the agreement for services will be between the independent contractor and the
Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco that it hereby
authorizes an expenditure of $25,200 from 10-07110-4380 to fund the portion of South San Francisco
Hospitality Sales/Marketing Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regu 1 ar' meeting held on the 25th day of_
