HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 88-2002RESOLUTION NO. 88-2002 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $49,015 FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR TECHNOLOGY IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND AMENDING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'S OPERATING BUDGET (03-6) WHEREAS, the City desires to accept funds in the amount of $49,015 from the State of California for technology in the Police Department; and WHEREAS, staff is currently considering using these funds to upgrade the Police Department's RMS-CAD systems. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes the acceptance of funds in the amount of $49,015 from the State of California for technology in the Police Department and amends the Police Department's Operating budget (03-6) to add $49,015. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of October 2002 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Raymond L. Green and Karyl Matsumoto, Mayor Pro Tem Pedro Gonzalez and Mayor Eugene R. Mullin NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT: None. ATTEST: ty Clerk
