CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
GRAHAM CONTRACTORS, INC. FOR THE 1996-1997
SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The city Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Graham Contractors, Inc. of San Jose in an amount
not to exceed Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Seven Dollars
and Eighty Five Cents ($31,487.85) for the 1996-1997 Slurry Seal
Program. Fund distribution for this project will be approximately
$6,800 from the Parking District and $24,688 from the 1996-1997
Capital Improvement Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 24th day of
July , 1996 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Euqene R. Mullin, Robert Yee
and Mayor Jack Drago

ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT
Councilmember John R. Penna
