The Board liked the revised roof plans that were presented at the meeting that will help with any water issues.

The Board liked the proposed landscape improvements for the site.
Consider plant species that will serve as habitat for hummingbirds & butterflies.
If a screen wall for the seating area is not included in the final building permit plans, ensure that the proposed berm adjacent to the seating area has a height of at least three feet,
with planting on top, to halp provide wind protection.
Recommend Approval with comments.
