The Board had the following comments: The Board liked the revised roof plans that were presented at the meeting that will help with any water issues. Consider plant species that will serve as habitat for hummingbirds & butterflies. If a screen wall for the seating area is not included in the final building permit plans, ensure that the proposed berm adjacent to the seating area has a height of at least three feet, with planting on top, to halp provide wind protection. Recommend Approval with comments.
