CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
AVANESSIAN AND ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN
OF THE NEW CORPORATION YARD AT THE CITY-OWNED
LOT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTH CANAL STREET
BETWEEN ORANGE AVENUE AND SPRUCE AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Avanessian and Associates of South San Francisco,
in an amount not to exceed One Hundred One Thousand Dollars
($101,000) to develop plans and specifications for design of the
new Corporation Yard at the City-owned lot on the north side of
North Canal Street between Orange Avenue and Spruce Avenue.
Funding for this project is provided for in the 1994-1995 Capital
Improvement New Corporation Yard budget.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of
April , 1996 by the following vote.

and Mayor Jack Draqo

RESOLUTION NO. 48-96
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INCREASE OF $1.00
IN THE BAIL FEE (PENALTY) FOR OVERTIME PARKING
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 29-96 adopted March 16,
1996 the City and County entered into an agreement to process
parking citations and conduct administrative reviews and hearings
as required y Assembly Bill 408; and
WHEREAS, the resolution did not contain language to increase
the bail fee (penalty) for overtime parking violations; and
WHEREAS, this resolution will incorporate the increase
officially into the record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco hereby authorizes a $1.00 increase in
the bail fee (penalty) for overtime parking violations.

introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a rpgu]ar meeting held on the 10th
