CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND DAVID M. GRIFFITH & ASSOCIATES, LTD.
RELATING TO THE COST ALLOCATION PLAN AND
SB90 REIMBURSEMENTS STUDY AND APPLICATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare
and execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an
Agreement in the amount of $15,000 for the fiscal year 1995-1996
between the City of South San Francisco and David M. Griffith &
Associates, Ltd. for the following services:
a. To calculate a two-year cost allocation plan of
administrative overhead for the City to be used for allocating
indirect supports costs to the general fund and the enterprise fund
departments.
b. To prepare a 1994-95 OMB A-87 plan which is used to
do SB90 State Mandate Reimbursements.

Funding is provided for in the 1995-96 Finance Department
3. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12th day of
July , 1995 by the following vote.

Council members Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teqlia
and Mayor Robert Yee
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT Councilmember Joseph A. Fernekes
