CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE
KAUFFMANN COURT AND ADJACENT FIVE
FOOT WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco as follows:
1. This City Council, pursuant to Part 3 of Division 9 of
the Streets & Highways Code §§8300 et seq., does hereby declare its
intention to vacate and abandon Kauffmann Court and adjacent 5'
wide public utility easement being within the City of South San
Francisco, California, described in said exhibits attached hereto
and by reference made a part thereof; and
2. Notice is hereby given that Wednesday, the 25th day of
October, 1995 at 7:30 p.m., which time is not less than fifteen
(15) days from the date of passage of this Resolution, in the
Community Room of the Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive,
South San Francisco, California, is hereby fixed as the time and
place when and where all persons interested in, or having
objections to, the proposed vacation of Kauffmann Court and
adjacent public utility easement as hereinafter described, may
appear before the City Council and be heard.
3. A copy of this Resolution shall be published for at least
two (2) successive weeks prior to the hearing date in the San Mateo
Times, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in
the City in the manner prescribed by law for publishing ordinances.
4. Notices of the vacation, stating the passage of the
Resolution of Intention and the time and place of hearing shall be
posted conspicuously at or about the subject portion of the
property proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the
date set for the hearing, not more than 100 feet apart, and not
less than three (3) notices shall be posted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 13t3 day
