CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND ACCUTITE ENVIRONMENTAL
ENGINEERING FOR THE REMOVAL OF
CONTAMINATED SOIL FROM FIRE STATION NO.4
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Accutite Environmental Engineering in the amount
of Twenty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Four Dollars and Twenty
Cents ($26,924.20) for the removal of contaminated soil from Fire
Station No. 4. Funding for this contract is provided for in the
Capital Improvement Budget which was approved for $40,000.
Approximately $11,000 of the remainder is earmarked for
installation of the above ground fuel tank.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 13th day of
September , 1995 by the following vote.

Teqlia and Mayor Robert Yee
