CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE MENLO PARK FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
ALLOWING THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FIRE
DEPARTMENT TO BECOME A TASK FORCE MEMBER
BE IT~RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco, an Agreement with the
Menlo Park Fire Protection District, a FEMA Urban Search and
Rescue Task Force sponsoring agency to allow the South San
FranciscD Fire Department to become a task force member. Annual
funding in the amount of $4,000 can be supported by the
department's operating budget. The Agreement is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of
AprilI , 1994 by the following vote.

Robert Yee and Mayor Joseoh A. Fernekes
