CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A COST SHARING
AGREEMENT FOR REARRANGEMENT OF SAN FRANCISCO
WATER DEPARTMENT WATER LINE FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:-
The city Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a cost sharing Agreement with the San Francisco Water Department
for rearrangement of water line facilities within the Oyster Point
Interchange Project. The total amount of the Agreement shall not
exceed $2,130,045. The City's share of the cost shall not exceed
10.8% of the total cost and San Francisco Water Company's share of
the cost shall not exceed 89.2% of the total cost of the project.
A copy of the Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a .requ]ar meeting held on the 24th day of
March , 1993 by the following vote.

Council members Jack Drago. Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee. and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
