CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
93-12 TO THE 1992-1993 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET
WHEREAS, changes and modifications to the Engineer's Report
for the Gateway Assessment District have been adopted which expands
the uses of the remaining construction funds which includes the
Oyster Point Overpass Project; ;and
WHEREAS, the Owner Participation Agreement provides that the
remaining Gateway Assessment District funds be used as follows:
1. Traffic signals along Gateway Boulevard;
Landscaping improvements along Gateway Boulevard and the
southern portion of Oyster Point Boulevard;
3. Improvement of a sewer pump station;
Payment of $215,000 in claims by Homart for prior work
provided to the District;

Oyster Point Separation, which shall receive the balance
of the funds available.
WHEREAS, after allocating $3,025,000 to the Oyster Point
Separation Project, there will be sufficient funds remaining to
accomplish the items listed on 1 thru 4 above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco adopts budget amendment 93-12 to the
1992-93 Capital Improvement Budget and appropriates a total of
$3,240,000 for construction funds in the Gateway Assessment
District to be distributed as follows:
1.$215,000 to be used for payment of claims by Homart for
prior work provided to the District; and
2. $3,025,000 for the Oyster Point Separation Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
April , 1993 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Robert Yee, and
Mayor Pro Tem Joseph A. Fernekes
