A RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION FOR THE
DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM

, a Downtown Commercial Rehabilitation Program was
by the City Council as part of the federal Community
ent Block Grant Program (CDBG);
the Downtown Citizens Review Committee has
funding to rehabilitate the Langenbach Building; and

the Downtown Citizens Review Committee has set aside
the project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of San S(uth Francisco that it hereby approves the following budget
for Langenbach Building in the Downtown Commercial
Rehabilii:ation Program:
1. $ 10,000 CDBG Grant
2. $ 6,000 Matching Grant
BE FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby
authoriz~:d to execute any and all documents necessary to implement
the pro] ct.
I he certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduce and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
August , 1992 by the following vote:
