CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING CHAPTER i OF THE
MASTER FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to amend the Master Fee
Schedule to reflect increased cost of providing dance hall permit
application processing; and
WHEREAS, Government Code §54990 et seq. provides a procedure
for levying certain fees by local agencies; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on January 8, 1992 conducted a
properly noticed public hearing at which time an opportunity was
given to the members of the public to make written or oral
presentation concerning the proposed fee; and
WHEREAS, at least ten days prior to the public hearing the
City made available to the public an estimate of costs required
to provide the services for which the fee is levied and the
revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, including
general fund revenues; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the cost of providing
the foregoing services, including estimated costs, and the
revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, including
general fund revenues; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the public response
to the proposed fee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. It adopts the following fee for dance hall permit
applicatSon processing: $100.00 flat rate.
2. Tke Director of Finance is directed to amend the Master
Fee Schedule to reflect the fee.
BE IT RESOLVED that all prior fee resolutions are repealed to
the extent they are inconsistent with the rate stated above.

introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South
