HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 29-1992RESOLUTION NO. 29-92 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE ORANGE PARK RESTROOM FACILITY ~EREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in Resolution No. 1-92 adopted January 8, 1992, and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 13th day of February 1992, for the Orange Park Restroom Facility, Project #PR-91-1. FOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South Francisco, that: 1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, KWL Construction, in the amount of Thirty Four Thousand Dollars ($34,000.00). 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the written contract between the City and the successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk. e bids. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re~u]ar meeting held on the 8th day of April , 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mayor John R. Penna NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
