CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE ORANGE PARK RESTROOM FACILITY
~EREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 1-92 adopted January 8, 1992, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
13th day of February 1992, for the Orange Park Restroom
Facility, Project #PR-91-1.
FOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, KWL Construction, in the amount of Thirty
Four Thousand Dollars ($34,000.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the written contract between the City and the
successful bidder on file in the Office of the City Clerk.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re~u]ar meeting held on
the 8th day of April , 1992 by the following
