IOUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING A SPECIAL
PROPERTY TAX FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
AS, the voters of the City of South San Francisco on
~ 1978, approved Proposition P which authorized the city
to levy a special property tax not to exceed a maximum
~ate of one and one quarter cents ($0.0125) per One
Dollars ($100.00) of full cash value on all taxable
' within the City, in addition to the authorized maximum
Iroperty tax rate, for the purpose of acquiring, using and
Ither payments for improvements of real property to be
police, fire, and other municipal purposes,
FHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Sout~ San Francisco that:
1. In addition to the authorized maximum annual property tax
rate, tke Council does hereby fix a special property tax for
fiscal year 1992-93 at Fifteen Hundredths Cents ($0.0015) upon
each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of full cash value of all
property enumerated and assessed as being in the City of South
San Francisco, including real, personal, mixed and other property
of whatever nature taxable by the City.
2. T]%e City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the County Auditor so that the auditor may compute
and enter in the assessment book the special tax rate.
3. T1Le taxes so levied shall be collected as provided by law.

I herE~by certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Fran,:isco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 24th day
of June , 1992 by the following vote:
