A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER
IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVY ASSESSMENTS
AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING AND NOTICE
FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
WEST PARK 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
1. On June 24, 1992, this Council adopted Resolution
No. 63-92 , A Resolution Directing Preparation of Annual Report of
the City of South San Francisco West Park 3 Parks and Parkways
Maintenance District. Pursuant to this resolution, Ray von Dohren,
as Engineer of Work, prepared a report in accordance with Section
22565, e~ seq., of the California Streets and Highways Code. The
report has been made, filed with the city Clerk and duly considered
by this Council and is hereby deemed sufficient and preliminarily
approved. The report shall stand as the Engineer's Report for all
subsequent proceedings under and pursuant to the foregoing
resolution.
2. It is the intention of this Council to levy and collect
assessments within the District for the fiscal year 1992-1993.
Within the District, the existing and proposed improvements and any
substantial changes proposed to be made to the existing
improvements are generally as described on Exhibit "A" attached and
by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
3. The District consists of the lots and parcels shown on
the boundary map of the District on file with the City Clerk of the
City and reference is hereby made to such map for further
particulars.
4. Reference is hereby made to the Report for a full and
detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the
District and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and
parcels of land within the District.
5. Notice is hereby given that on July 8, 1992, at the hour
of 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the regular meeting place of this City
Council, Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San
Francisco, California, a hearing by the Council will be held on the
questions of the ordering of the improvements and the levy of the
proposed assessment.
6. Prior to the conclusion of the hearing, any interested
person ~.ay file a written protest with the Clerk, or, having
previously filed a protest, may file a written withdrawal of that
protest. A written protest shall state all grounds of objection.
A protest by a property owner shall contain a description
sufficient to identify the property owned by such owner.
7. The Clerk shall cause notice of the hearing to be given
by publishing a copy of this Resolution once, at least ten (10)
days prior to the date of the hearing above specified, in the
Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper circulated in the city of South San
Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u] ar meeting held on the 24th day of

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The improvements consist of the installation, maintenance and
servicin~ of all plants, surface areas, and recreational
facilities; including, but not limited to, walkways, play
apparatus, lighting, turf areas, shrubs and trees on all of the
common areas and lands owned by the City within the assessment
district.
