CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF RIGHTS,
DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO TO THE CONFERENCE CENTER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS by Ordinance No. 1111-92 dated February 26, 1992 the
South San Francisco Conference Center Authority was established;
and
WHEREAS, by this Ordinance the Authority was vested with the
power to manage and operate the South San Francisco Conference
Center; and
WHEREAS, there remains with the City various existing
agreements relating to the Conference Center construction, building
lease, office space lease, operations; and
WHEREAS, in order to conform with the Ordinance these rights,
duties and obligations should be transferred from the City to the
South San Francisco Conference Center Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
transfers the rights, duties and obligations for all of the
contracts and leases listed in Exhibit "A" from the City of South
San Francisco to the South San Francisco Conference Center
Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Conference Center Authority,
by Resolution, shall accept the transfer of such rights, duties and
obligations.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 8th day of
July , 1992 by the following vote.

Teglia, Robert Yee, and Mayor John R. Penna
