CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE
CITY'S AGENT FOR THE HAZARD
MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
1. Ronald Parini, Director of Public Works or Jesus Armas, City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City of South San
Francisco, a local government entity established under the laws of the State
of California, this application and to file in the Office of Emergency
Services for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance
under Section 404 of P.L. 93-288 as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster
Relief anJ Emergency Act of 1988.
2. The City Council hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the State
Office of Emergency Services for all matters pertaining to such state disaster
mitigatio~ assistance the assurances and agreements required.
I he-eby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 14th day of November

Roberta Cerri Teqiia, and Mayor Richard A. Haffev
