CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, AND
EQUIPMENT FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South
Francisco hereby authorizes the Office of Procurement, Department
of General Services of the State of California to purchase
materials, supplies and equipment as needed for and on behalf of
the City of South San Francisco, pursuant to Public Contracts Code
Section 10324 and authorizes the City Manager, Director of Finance,
and Administrative Services Officer to sign and deliver all
necessary requests and other documents in connection with such
purchases.
Resolution No. 1-89 is repealed.
I ~ereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Frarcisco at a regular meeting held on the 13th day
of February , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, John R.
Penna, and Mayor Jack Drago
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:
Councilwoman Roberta Cerri Teglia
